Your first subscription order comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Please note that this guarantee only applies to your first order. Subsequent deliveries—starting from month two—are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Return

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must be:
✔ Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
✔ Free of any signs of wear or damage
Important: Items returned to any address other than the one provided by our support team will not be accepted.

Return Timeframes

  • First-time subscription orders: 90-day money-back guarantee
  • One-time purchases & non-subscription items: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Deep Sleep Mask & Pillowcase: Returns accepted within 100 days of purchase
Note: A return fee may apply, which you can opt to pay during the return process. If this option is unavailable, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders: Return shipping is free.
  • Change-of-mind or non-defective returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For international returns, a prepaid shipping label is not provided. You will need to return the item to the designated warehouse in your country.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (including express and international shipping) are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive your return.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, we offer a self-service exchange option:

  • Once the return is in progress, we will issue a gift card for the item's value.
  • You can use this gift card to reorder the correct product.
If the new item costs more, you’ll need to cover the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded.

Bundle Orders

Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together. Individual products from a bundle cannot be returned separately.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased using a discount code or automatic discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • No restocking fee for orders returned from DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, PL, BE.
